The Italy City Council will have their monthly meeting on Monday, September 12, 2011. The meeting will be held at the Council Chambers, 105 Main Street, Italy. Meeting time is 6:30pm.  The council members will have a full night ahead of them. • Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Ordinance 11-0912-02, an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Italy, Texas, providing for an increase to all city water bills for payment by all residential and business/commercial units of the City’s Water Debt Service Obligations for the combination Tax and Revenue Certificate of Obligation, Series 2011, Bonds; providing for a penalty; providing a severability clause; providing for publication; and providing an effective date.
• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding the approval of the KSA Task Order No. 1 Water Tank and Pump Station Improvements.

• Discuss and consider necessary action(s) regarding Ordinance No. 11-0912-04, an Ordinance adopting a budget for the general operating fund and water/sewer fund for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2011 and ending September 30, 2012.
